Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log in at www.usacompua.com with the email you purchased with and select "Return Items" to initiate a return, or contact us directly at help@usacompua.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), clearance/final sale products, and hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and include proof of purchase.

Additional Policy for Klarna Purchases

For all items purchased using Klarna, the following terms apply (your regular return policy remains unchanged for other payment methods):

  • Return Window: You have the right to return your Klarna purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened and unused to qualify, due to sanitary and quality-control reasons.
  • Return Shipping: Free return postage is included for Klarna orders (subject to standard terms).
  • Refund Method: Refunds for Klarna purchases are issued within 14 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Restocking or Exchange: No restocking fees, credits, or exchanges apply to Klarna purchases.
  • No Gifts Cards allowed.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of the items being received. Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
