We ship globally, if you need to purchase outside of the US please contact us first as we do not ship to all countries.

(a) All prices noted in our listing exclude taxes.
(b) Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
(c) Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays)
(d) All shipping times include 1 business day processing. Orders are unable to be cancelled or changed once they are in processing status.
(e) Orders usually take 3 business days to be delivered but they may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. In case your package is taking longer than usual, you can contact us for assistance.
(f) Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
