Shipping Information
We provide fast and reliable shipping to customers in the United States and worldwide. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day.
- United States: Free shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days.
- International Orders: Worldwide shipping is available for an additional fee (calculated at checkout). Delivery times vary by destination.
- Tracking: All shipments include tracking information, provided by email once the order has shipped.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Clearance products, special orders, and software/activation items cannot be returned.
- Return Process: Log in with the email you used to buy the product, find the order you want to return, then click on “Return.” Within a day you will receive a free return label. You may also contact us at help@usacompua.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your item back.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened or non-defective returns.
Additional Policy for Klarna Only Purchases
For all items purchased using Klarna, the following terms apply (your regular return policy remains unchanged for other payment methods):
- Return Window: You have the right to return your Klarna purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be unopened and unused to qualify, due to sanitary and quality-control reasons.
- Return Shipping: Free return postage is included for Klarna orders (subject to standard terms).
- Refund Method: Refunds for Klarna purchases are issued within 14 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
- Restocking or Exchange: No restocking fees, credits, or exchanges apply to Klarna purchases.
- NO GIFT CARDS, permitted to use during the purchase or for returns.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product. Please include details in your RMA request.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send replacements or issue a refund promptly.

FAQ
Do I need to open ports on my router?
Usually no. SuperLive Plus uses cloud P2P with QR pairing, so typical port-forwarding isn’t required.
Why can’t I connect from outside my Wi-Fi?
Confirm recorder shows “Online,” your phone has internet, and the device credentials are correct. A quick reboot of recorder/router often helps.
How do I enable motion alerts?
Turn on motion/smart events per channel on the recorder, then enable push notifications in the app for that device/channel.
Can I add multiple locations?
Yes. Add each recorder via QR. Easily switch between sites inside the app.
Will it work with my camera brand?
Compatibility depends on the recorder. Share your model number and we’ll verify support before installation.
