Shipping policy

Processing and same-day shipping

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
• You can change your order any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.

United States shipping

• Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Most orders ship by UPS Ground from Florida and arrive in 1–5 business days depending on location, about 3 business days on average.
• Some items ship from California and may take longer to reach East Coast addresses.
• Faster UPS options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
• Rural or remote addresses may take longer.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, much of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't offered at checkout, contact us before ordering.

• International orders ship by UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery time varies by location, typically 1 to 4 weeks.
• Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the customer at checkout. Shopify calculates them, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Taxes

Prices shown do not include sales tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at our Sweetwater location (on the Doral border):

Pickup hours: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday (business days).
Choose "Local pickup" at checkout if it's available for your order.

Delays, damage, and lost packages

If your package is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier. Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
