These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.usacompua.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by USACOMPU A PLUS CORP, a Florida corporation doing business as USAcompuA+ ("USAcompuA+", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to buy the products you order.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to check out faster and see your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
4. Products, descriptions and specifications
We sell security cameras, recorders, alarm systems, networking equipment, storage and accessories from manufacturers such as Hikvision, Uniview, LTS, Ajax and Dahua, and our own product lines. We try to describe every product accurately. Specifications, features, firmware, packaging and images come largely from manufacturers and may change without notice. Colors and images may differ slightly from the actual product. If you need a specific feature or specification, please confirm it with us before ordering.
5. Prices and pricing errors
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If that happens, we may cancel the order, even after it has been confirmed, and refund any amount you paid. We will let you know if we do this.
6. Orders and order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it is not a final acceptance. We accept your order when it ships or is ready for pickup. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price or description is wrong, we suspect fraud, or the order appears to be for resale outside our terms. All sales are subject to availability. You can ask to change your order any time before it ships.
7. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Affirm and Klarna. Payment is due when you place your order. Financing through Shop Pay Installments, Affirm or Klarna is provided by those companies under their own terms. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
8. Sales tax
Prices do not include sales tax. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
9. Shipping and pickup
Shipping times, costs, international orders, duties and local pickup are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to you or picked up.
10. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges and restocking fees are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Warranty
Every product we sell includes a 1-year USAcompuA+ warranty. After the first year, the manufacturer's warranty applies, and its length depends on the brand. Warranty details and how to make a claim are in our Return & Refund Policy. Except for these warranties and as required by law, products are provided "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Legal use and compliance
Laws about video surveillance, audio recording and privacy vary by country, state and city. You are responsible for installing and using the products you buy in compliance with all applicable laws, including laws on notice, consent, recording of audio, and recording in private areas. Some equipment may be subject to restrictions under rules of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or other authorities, for example for certain uses or buyers. You are responsible for confirming that a product is permitted for your intended use and location.
13. Installation services
We offer installation services in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Installation is requested through go.usacompua.com and is provided under a separate quote or agreement, which governs that service. Buying products on the Site does not include installation unless stated in writing.
14. Pricing for installers and dealers
We may offer special pricing to installers, integrators and dealers. Eligibility, pricing and terms are at our discretion and may change or end at any time.
15. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, belong to USAcompuA+ or its licensors and are protected by law. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
16. Third-party links and apps
The Site may link to or use services from third parties, such as payment providers, review platforms, chat tools, carriers and manufacturer apps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, apps or services; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
17. Limitation of liability
Security products can help deter and record events, but no product can guarantee that theft, intrusion, loss, damage or injury will not happen. We are not an insurer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAcompuA+ is not liable for any theft, loss, damage, injury or other harm, whether or not the equipment was meant to prevent or record it, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless USAcompuA+ and its owners, employees and agents from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others, including privacy and recording laws.
19. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
