The DVR supports up to 32 analog inputs via BNC. It also supports IP video input: 2 channels by default, and in enhanced IP mode it can accept up to 8 IP channels (up to total 40 cameras when combining analog + IP).
It supports H.265 Pro+, H.265 Pro, H.265, H.264+, and H.264 formats. Using H.265 Pro+ helps reduce storage usage and network bandwidth without sacrificing video quality.
The DVR supports up to 4 MP (lite), 3 MP, 1080p, 720p, VGA, WD1, 4CIF, CIF, plus sub-resolutions. When “1080p Lite” mode is enabled, the DVR shifts to align with lighter data usage streams (e.g., 4 MP lite / 3 MP @ 15 fps; lower modes at 25/30 fps).
In main stream (when 1080p lite mode is off): - 4 MP lite: up to 15 fps - 1080p, 720p, VGA etc.: up to 25 fps (PAL) / 30 fps (NTSC) When 1080p lite mode is enabled, lower resolutions (1080p lite, 720p lite, VGA, etc.) can run at 25 fps (P) / 30 fps (N) while 4 MP lite / 3 MP remain at 15 fps.
It supports: - HDMI (1 channel) up to 4K (3840 × 2160) @ 30 Hz, or 2K / 1080p / 1280×1024 etc. - VGA (1 channel) at up to 1920 × 1080 / 60 Hz (and lower) - CVBS (1 channel BNC) for standard analog monitors (PAL 704×576, NTSC 704×480).
The DVR has 2 SATA interfaces. Each bay can accept up to 8 TB drives (or up to 10 TB depending on version).
In enhanced IP mode, the incoming bandwidth is rated at 160 Mbps.
It supports video content analytics (VCA): line crossing detection, intrusion detection (2 channels; in enhanced mode up to 4 channels), and sudden scene change detection.
The operating temperature range is –10 °C to +55 °C, and operating humidity is 10% to 90%.
It supports up to 128 remote connections.
